Fishtown Pharmacy LLC, an independent family-owned retail compounding pharmacy in Philadelphia, seeks an enthusiastic team member. No pharmacy experience is required, and experience in the service industry is valued.

The role includes front-end duties, customer interactions, and growth into technician tasks in a fast-paced environment. We offer a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday shifts as needed, in a community-focused setting that emphasizes upbeat

Qualifications

• Customer service and empathy to engage with patients and community.
• Tech-friendly with ability to communicate via email or text.
• Experience running a register is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Run the register and greet patients with positivity and empathy.
• Learn and grow into technician duties (counting pills, answering calls/emails).
• Stand for an 8-hour shift and handle miscellaneous front-end tasks.
