Job summary

Advanced Rx is seeking a Pharmacy Lab Technician to join our on-site team in Pennsylvania. No pharmacy experience required; we'll provide full paid training and guide you through PA registration. You'll operate compounding equipment to create custom medications with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role offers a starting pay of $20/hour, performance bonuses up to $1,000/year, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage for you and family, plus PTO and holidays. Weekdays, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

• Keen eye for detail and steady hand.
• Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass a background check for PA pharmacy technician registration.

Your Role as a Pharmacy Lab Technician:

Operate compounding equipment (mixers, encapsulation machines) to create custom medications. Structured, consistent work, with training to advance into weighing chemicals and compounding complex medication forms.
