DevelopMeant Therapy Center, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental differences.

You will work 1:1 with clients in clinic, home, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting and reviewing data to track progress. We value compassion, reliability, and a client-centered approach.

Formación

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is desired.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills are essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and client-centered approach is needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including afternoons and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during therapy sessions.
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral intervention to clients in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress and session observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
