Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with ASD or developmental disabilities is desired.
• Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behavior, skills, and progress during sessions.
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral intervention in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Use positive reinforcement to build skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBAs and document observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; participate in team trainings.

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during therapy sessions
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral intervention to clients in clinic, home, or community settings
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress and session observations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:
