Job summary

Able Autism Therapy Services is seeking an ABA Therapist/RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at a brand-new Phoenix clinic. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and deliver high-quality services to children and families in our community.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, be 18+, possess or be eligible for RBT and First Aid/CPR certifications, and maintain a Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and being at least 18 years old.
• First Aid/CPR certification obtainable.
• RBT certification obtainable.
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans provided by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on targeted skills and behaviors daily.
• Maintain accurate data sheets and progress notes.
• Demonstrate clear written and oral communication with team and families.

Our brand NEW location at Able Autism Therapy Services is looking for an ABA Therapist/ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will work under the supervision of a BCBA. BT/RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

What you’ll do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical direction of a BCBA. The ABA Therapist will be responsible for all Plan of Actions (Skill Acquisition, maintenance, and mastered skills) developed by the supervising BCBA to deliver best quality ABA Services for each child.


• Implement treatment plans provided by the supervising BCBA.


• Collect accurate skills and behavior data on all areas targeted for intervention, as specified by the supervising BCBA daily.


• Provide behavior support at our center


• Complete all daily data sheets and progress notes in an organized manner.


• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills


• Follow Able Autism Therapy Services policies and promote a safe and team spirit environment for other team members and clients.


• Attend weekly meetings and training as requested.

What you’ll need

• High School Diploma and over 18 years old.


• Being able to lift or move approximately up to 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures, such as bending, kneeling, squatting, typing, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time.


• Being able to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR Certification


• Being able to obtain and maintain RBT certification


• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
