Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in technical program management in a global enterprise technology environment.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-year IT transformation programs with executive visibility.
• Experience across data center and infrastructure modernization, virtualization or hypervisor migration, cloud adoption and application portfolio modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT transformation program spanning multiple workstreams with approved architecture and budgets.
• Translate strategy and target-state architecture into phased roadmaps with dependencies, milestones and metrics.
• Drive infrastructure modernization including data centers, storage, networks and virtualization transitions.
• Oversee application migration and portfolio rationalization at scale using structured frameworks.
• Embed automation, infrastructure as code and AI into the operating model.
• Ensure resilience and security are built into the target state with policy as code and backups.
• Govern, measure and report value with baselines, metrics and executive updates.
• Align stakeholders and secure funding across technology, finance and business leadership.
• Lead organizational change and adoption through enablement and clear communication.
