F5 Networks, Inc in Seattle seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager for TechOps Transformation to lead a multi-year modernization of a hybrid estate, consolidating platforms and establishing a unified operating model.

You will drive cross-functional programs across infrastructure, cloud migration, application modernization, automation and AI-enabled operations, with emphasis on Zero Trust, resilience and measurable business outcomes.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, IT program management or a similar role in a complex, global enterprise technology environment.
Proven track record leading large, multi-year IT transformation programs with significant budget, multiple workstreams and executive visibility.
5+ years of hands-on program experience in at least three of: data center/infrastructure modernization, virtualization, hybrid/multi-cloud adoption and migration, application portfolio modernization, infrastructure automation, ITSM/CMDB, AIOps.
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL; Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) preferred.

Lead an enterprise IT transformation program across several parallel workstreams: platform/infrastructure, migration and applications, and operations transformation.
Turn strategy and architecture into executable roadmaps with dependencies, milestones and success metrics.
Drive infrastructure and data center modernization including hardware refreshes and virtualization platform transitions.
Run application migration and portfolio rationalization at scale with a wave-based migration factory.
Embed automation, IaC and AI into the operating model with self-service platforms.
Ensure resilience and security are built into the target state (Zero Trust, HA/DR/backup).
Govern, measure and prove value with baselines and outcome reporting.
Align stakeholders and drive executive-level decisions with clear trade-offs on scope and funding.
Lead organizational change and adoption through enablement and communication.
