Insight Global is looking for a TechOps Supervisor to work remotely for a client out of Phoenix, AZ.

Location: Remote - AZ preferred

Duration: Permanent

Salary Range: $75K - $99K

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience with direct reports
• 3+ years in TechOps, DevOps, SRE, or similar operational/reliability roles
• Proven experience executing roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong background in IaC (Terraform or equivalent), automation, and operational readiness practices
• Solid understanding of SDLC operational metrics (DORA), CI/CD telemetry, and delivery/reliability signals
• Observability fundamentals at scale: instrumentation, tagging, alert quality, SLO monitoring, and monitoring strategy
• Functional AWS experience (EC2 and one or more of ECS, EKS, Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, or load balancing)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash sufficient to guide and review automation work
• Strong communication and cross‑functional partnership skills

Role Overview

Insight Global is seeking a leadership‑first, people‑focused TechOps Supervisor to guide a team enabling product teams (PTS) through operational excellence, observability modernization, and SDLC maturity. This person will be joining the global Information Technology organization as a strategic partner supporting the Technical Operations (TechOps) business unit in the hospitality industry. This role prioritizes people leadership, roadmap ownership, and execution. While technical engagement remains important, hands‑on work is secondary to developing talent, setting direction, and driving strong operational practices at scale.
