Hexion is seeking a Manager, Technology Operations to lead a centralized TechOps function spanning AWS and Azure, supporting multiple product and DevOps teams. You will helm three engineers, govern production deployments, and enable repeatable cloud services with secure pipelines and automated controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in cloud ops/DevOps/platform engineering/SRE, incl. 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience with AWS and Azure, IaC, identity and secrets management, networking, and cost governance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, artifact repos, release governance, and automated deployment controls.
• DevSecOps controls including SAST, SCA, secret scanning, DAST, SBOM, and provenance.
• Experience with governance, audit evidence, and production access controls.

• Own service catalog, operating model, platform roadmap, and delivery commitments across teams.
