• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SIE, Series 63 and 79.

Responsibilities

• Valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management.
• Business and industry research and analysis.
• Preparation of transaction marketing materials and high-quality client deliverables.
• Development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers assigned to projects.
