Job summary

Skechers, based in Southern California, seeks an experienced IT Transformation Lead to drive large-scale modernization across Finance and Supply Chain. You will coordinate with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams and oversee system integrators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role involves planning, execution, and governance of technology programs, with exposure to cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, and ERP systems. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of progressive experience delivering technology implementations.
• Experience with finance and supply chain domains.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, and ERP systems.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play a key lead role on large-scale modernization programs across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee implementation of new technologies and platforms.
• Provide oversight of external consultants and vendor relationships.
• Support design, training, change management, and user support.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment.
• Prepare SteerCo decks and update program leadership.
