Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in California seeks an experienced IT transformation leader to drive modernization initiatives across Finance and Supply Chain. You will shape detailed plans, oversee multi-vendor programs, and partner with IT, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver value.

Reporting to senior technology leaders, you will manage design, training, change management, and governance, ensuring programs stay on scope, time, and budget while enabling business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of progressive experience delivering technology implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and change management.
• Experience with financial and supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale modernization programs across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Oversee implementation of new technologies and platforms.
• Manage external consultants and vendor relationships for program delivery.
• Support design, training, change management, and conversion activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and progress reporting to SteerCo.
