Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Southern California seeks an experienced lead or early-career manager to guide systems modernization across Finance and Supply Chain. You will shape plans, oversee vendors, and partner with IT and business teams to deliver transformational programs.

Reporting to the Sr Director or VP, Enterprise Technology Transformation, you will manage execution, governance, change management, and communication, ensuring solutions meet budgets, timelines, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale IT modernization projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, data analytics and ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• PMP, ITIL, TOGAF certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale modernization programs across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee implementation of new technologies and platforms.
• Provide oversight of external consultants and vendors.
• Support program functions such as design, training, change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and align with organizational goals.
• Prepare SteerCo decks and report progress.
• Participate in planning sessions to align with broader goals.
