Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking a Technology Transformation Intern to support advisory and implementation services across client organizations. You will work alongside senior executives and peers, learn new skillsets, and build lasting relationships within the Grant Thornton team.

From day one, you’ll be empowered by the Technology Transformation team with resources to help clients achieve their vision and help you grow, while engaging in mentorship, networking, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Demonstrated digital fluency through use of technology, data and basic AI to boost productivity.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work in a team.
• Able to understand current vs. future state processes aligned to business objectives.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a variety of client engagements across industries.
• Stay up to date on technology trends and solutions in the market.
• Support leadership with proposals and presentations.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize outputs.
• Communicate effectively to senior audiences.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through technology.
• Contribute to development of client deliverables.
• Network with peers and mentors; participate in team events.
• Engage in community outreach and leadership development.
