Job summary

Charles Schwab in Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Transformation Content & Change Lead to steer content strategy, editorial planning, and adoption resources for major technology transformations. You will translate business impact analyses into clear narratives and prepare executive communications and leader materials to support adoption.

You will partner with Transformation Management Office and business/tech leaders to ensure readiness, compelling storytelling, and timely delivery

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in strategic communications, content strategy, content development, organizational change management, or a related field
• Demonstrated success creating executive and employee content for complex technology, business, or organizational transformations
• Exceptional Writing, Communication, Storytelling, and content development skills across multiple channels and audiences
• Experience conducting or supporting business impact analysis and translating findings into targeted communications and change support
• Working knowledge of Change Management, including stakeholder analysis, readiness, engagement, adoption, and reinforcement
• Ability to use Problem Solving and sound Decision Making to translate complex, technical, or evolving information into clear, practical content
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing concurrent deliverables, priorities, stakeholders, and review cycles
• Demonstrated Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management skills with senior leaders, subject matter experts, program teams, and change partners
• Experience supporting operating model, enterprise technology, AI, global workforce, vendor, or delivery transformation initiatives
• Experience within financial services, enterprise technology, or another large, highly matrixed organization
• Experience developing leader toolkits, executive presentations, digital content, campaigns, learning or enablement materials, and multimedia content
• Familiarity with change management frameworks, readiness assessments, communication measurement, and adoption metrics
• Experience partnering with a transformation management office or similar program governance structure
• Strong Adaptability when responding to evolving priorities, stakeholder needs, transformation decisions, and timelines
