Arnold & Porter seeks a senior attorney to join the Technology Transactions Practice Group in our San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Seattle office. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating IT and data transactions, including SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of IT transactional experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Arnold & Porter is seeking a senior attorney to join the Technology Transactions Practice Group in our San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Seattle office.

This position is focused on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IT and data transactions, primarily for a prominent healthcare organization. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and analyzing a variety of IT and commercial agreements, including SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements.

Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum of 6 years of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on IT transactions; strong research, writing, and analytic skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; and an ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Applicants with healthcare sector experience and some privacy and data security experience are preferred.

The salary range for this position in California and Washington state is $200,000 - $300,000.

This is a non-partnership track position.
