Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP seeks a senior attorney to join our Technology Transactions Practice Group in Seattle or San Francisco. The role concentrates on drafting, negotiating, and analyzing IT and data-related agreements for a major healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of transactional IT experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on IT transactions.
• Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Healthcare sector experience and privacy/data security experience preferred.
• Non-partnership track position.
