We are instructed by our client, an Am Law 50 firm, with an excellent opportunity for a Technology Transactions & Privacy Associate to join its San Francisco office. This firm is recognized for a collaborative culture, cutting-edge client work, and a commitment to professional development.
Base pay range: $26,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr

The Role: You’ll provide strategic guidance on privacy and technology transactions, including drafting policies, performing assessments, and advising clients on complex, high-profile issues. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance and mitigate risk in rapidly evolving technology and privacy landscapes.
Ideal Background:
- 3–5 years of experience handling technology transactions, privacy, or data protection matters.
- Experience advising on U.S. federal and state privacy laws is required.
- Strong academic credentials and prior large law firm experience.
- Familiarity with privacy programs, data mapping, impact assessments, and high-risk technology areas (AI, adtech, health data, biometric or youth data) is highly desirable.
- Collaborative, client-focused, and detail-oriented.
