Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Technology Transactions Associate in Wheeling, WV with four to five years of IP and technology transactions experience. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing and collaboration agreements, while advising on partnerships and IP aspects of M&A, offerings, and venture financing.

Ideal candidates will have a JD and bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction, plus strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of IP/tech transactions experience.
• Bar admission in WV or ability to transfer.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, partnering, licensing, and other commercial agreements.
• Provide guidance on product strategy, development, and market positioning for technology companies.
• Advise clients on corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and licensing agreements.
• Assist with IP and technology aspects of complex M&A, public offerings, and VC financings.
• Conduct research and analysis on AI, fintech, and biotechnology technologies.
