Technology Transactions Associate - San Francisco

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a technology transactions associate for its San Francisco office. The salary range for this position is $265k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions agreements including software, technology and content, professional services, manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements.
• Additional experience in E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions.
• Experience assisting with drafting due diligence of contract and IP matters involving M&A and equity financing transactions.
• California Bar is preferred, although the firm will consider other state bar admissions.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
