A highly respected, growth-focused law firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate to join its expanding Austin office.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated technology and commercial transactions involving:

• SaaS, software licensing, AI, open-source, and technology agreements
• Strategic commercial partnerships and deal support for M&A and venture-backed transactions
• High-growth startups, emerging companies, and established technology businesses

What They're Looking For

• Strong technology transactions or software licensing experience
• Deal support experience is required
• Junior to senior-level attorneys considered
• BigLaw Technology Transactions experience preferred for junior candidates

Compensation

Compensation is highly competitive and will be tailored to experience. Most candidates can expect compensation in the $200K+ range, with more senior attorneys potentially reaching the $300K range or beyond, depending on background and experience.
