Job Summary

Mid‑level associate (3+ years of experience) to support our world‑class Technology Transactions practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in complex, innovative technology transactions for prominent U.S. and international technology, digital media, and consumer technology companies.
• Support the Corporate Group on IPO, M&A, and other corporate transactions.
• Advise on intellectual property, contract law, and the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience in technology transactions.
• Deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law.
• Experience in complex commercial transactions for early‑stage and later‑stage/public technology companies.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission (or eligibility to sit/waive) in the state of the office where the application is submitted.

Locations

Boston, New York, Silicon Valley (San Francisco), and Santa Monica.

Compensation

Annual base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, and location. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
