Job summary

Fenwick & West seeks a mid-level associate (3+ years) to support its Technology Transactions practice in Boston, New York, Silicon Valley, and Santa Monica.

You will assist on complex technology transactions, IPO/M&A support for prominent tech clients, and counsel on IP and contract law within corporate deals. JD and bar admission in the relevant state are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience in technology transactions.
• Deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law.
• Experience in complex commercial transactions for technology companies.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission (or eligibility to sit/waive) in the state of the office where the application is submitted.

Compensation

Annual base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, and location. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
