Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Technology Specialist, Services and Support to join the Ronald McDonald House Global Technology Team in Chicago. You will serve as first-line support for 70+ global staff and Chapter colleagues, document issues, triage requests, and help drive technology improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes training end-users, maintaining system documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and optimize IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information sciences, or computer science.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a related tech role, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical, problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to Global staff and Chapter colleagues.
• Document, triage, and escalate issues; help implement process improvements.
• Develop and update technical documentation and training resources for end-users.
