  • Willingness to learn Mac and Windows support tasks and the UK ticketing system.
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom AV support, including basic troubleshooting for projectors, displays, audio systems, presentation systems, and related classroom technology.
  • Respond to help desk tickets; assist faculty and staff with technology support requests.
  • Support faculty computers and workstations using both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Assist with break/fix, testing, and maintenance of classroom and instructional technology.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with faculty and staff when resolving technology issues.
  • Document support activity, update tickets, and escalate complex technical issues to technology staff when appropriate.

Job Summary
