PURPOSE
The Columbia Public School District (CPS) is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented Technology Support Analyst to provide technical support for computers, iPads, peripherals, and related technology equipment. This role is essential in promoting the effective use of technology by students, staff, and administrators across the district.
The Technology Support Analyst is responsible for software installations, hardware configurations, and network connectivity support. Working closely with building media specialists and other staff members, the technical analyst will ensure the smooth operation of all technology resources across multiple CPS locations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:1-3 years Technician experience in Computer Information Systems or a combination of education, technical certifications.
Preferred:Associate degree in Computer Information Systems or a combination of education, technical certifications, and/or related work experience.
