First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard seeks an IT professional to manage and support enterprise endpoint platforms and core IT systems in Sioux Falls. You will configure systems, deploy software, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, efficient operations.

This role supports ITSM processes via Freshservice, including change management and asset lifecycle tracking. The position involves scheduling, resource planning, project coordination, and mentoring junior staff, with a focus on

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school and 3+ years' related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM frameworks is preferred.

About the Role

Responsible for managing and supporting enterprise endpoint platforms and core IT systems. This role includes system configuration, software deployment, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure secure and efficient operations. Supports ITSM processes through Freshservice, including change management and asset lifecycle tracking. Ensure consistent service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school and (3+) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, required.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint tools, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune and Windows Server, preferred.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator Associate, preferred
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of ITSM frameworks, preferred

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery metrics, preferred.
