Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Strategy and Transformation Function Manager in Atlanta to drive the enterprise technology strategy and lead strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to shape and deliver large-scale programs that impact people, processes, and technology.

The role requires a relevant degree with many years of experience and will be onsite in Atlanta, with a focus on governance, change management, and measurable program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related degree and nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience
• Two (2) years of technology projects and initiatives experience

Responsabilités

• Supports the development of the strategic vision and supporting strategic plan for the Technology organization
• Leads transformation of various aspects of the Technology Department through the execution of strategic initiatives to improve the ability to support both short and long term business goals
• Leads the use of new technologies/methodologies to the departments delivery teams inclusive of Agile, DevOps, Robotics, APIs, and Low Code Platforms
• Conducts communication, training, and coaching to various stakeholder groups to gain buy in and ensure appropriate utilization of new tools/methodologies
• Monitors and measures success of implemented programs to ensure sustained improvements are being realized
• Builds and leads communities of technology associates
• Collaborates on new concepts with technology and business stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices
