Publicis Sapient in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant L2 to shape and deliver technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.

You will work with clients to define roadmaps, assess capabilities, and design future-state architectures that enable innovation and growth, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of business and technology alignment, with the ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps.
• Experience in assessing and optimizing technology architectures, including cloud, microservices, and API-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT, and their potential business applications.
• Proven ability to work with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to drive technology transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $108,000 - $195,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
