Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting at a global major firm.
• Translate business needs into technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture.
• Assess and optimize cloud, microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of AI, blockchain, and IoT and business applications.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Agile and DevOps experience with continuous improvement focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Senior Consultant L2

As a Senior Consultant L2 in the role of Technology Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation. You will work closely with clients to define technology roadmaps, assess current capabilities, and design future-state architectures that enable innovation and growth.

Your Impact

• Develop and implement technology strategies that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
• Assess existing technology landscapes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Define enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Lead the development of technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of technology initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of technology strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on technology investments and digital capabilities.

Skills & Experience

• 3 - 7 years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm
• Strong understanding of business and technology alignment, with the ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps.
• Experience in assessing and optimizing technology architectures, including cloud, microservices, and API-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT, and their potential business applications.
• Proven ability to work with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to drive technology transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $108,000 - $195,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
