Publicis Sapient seeks a Technology Strategy Senior Principal to grow the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice. You will shape goal-oriented digital business transformations, delivering strategic guidance in early transformation stages and working in multidisciplinary teams to frame downstream work.

You will lead large teams, contribute to recruiting, define operating models, and develop new technology strategy offerings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience in a global firm.
• Experience with large-scale transformations and corporate strategy.
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working.
• Understanding of consumer-focused technology components (interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, data).
• Ability to interpret technology artifacts and data flow diagrams.

As a Technology Strategy Senior Principal, you will actively participate in the growth and development of the newly formed Technology Strategy & Advisory practice at Publicis Sapient. Your role will focus on shaping goal-oriented Digital Business Transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of these transformations. You will work in multidisciplinary teams comprised of business strategists, experience strategists, and data strategists to formulate recommendations that address customer needs and frame downstream work.

Your role will focus on shaping goal-oriented Digital Business Transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of these transformations. You will work in multidisciplinary teams comprised of business strategists, experience strategists, and data strategists to formulate recommendations that address customer needs and frame downstream work.

Your Impact:

• Lead large teams to deliver value-accretive technology strategy and transformation
• Actively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the technology strategy consulting team: support recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadership
• Devise technology strategy related product offerings, proposals and develop new business
• Effectively manage team to produce quality client recommendations
• Build trusted relationship with clients based on credibility and active listening
• Provide thought leadership to shape and scope top-down “answer” on building digital business transformation road maps

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm
• Prior experience with large-scale transformations within corporate strategy at a global scale and reach
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working
• Thorough understanding of the key components of consumer-focused technology including interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, personalization, transactional, integration/API, cloud, and data
• Ability to interpret and create typical technology artifacts, business context diagrams, system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, database structure diagrams
• Ability to navigate a large organization and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
• Experience with IT transformation including modern operating models and organization structures
• Design and facilitate effective client workshops to accelerate current state understanding, identify opportunities, and build consensus across a broad set of business and IT stakeholders

Additional Information

Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $250,000 + Bonus

The range shown reflects a grouping of compensation ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual compensation may vary based on location and specific experience, and may include additional bonus and equity components.
