Pariveda is seeking a Principal-level technology strategy leader to advise senior clients, shape transformation work, and connect strategy to delivery. You will bridge client goals with architecture choices and business outcomes in a hybrid Dallas-based role.

The ideal candidate has broad technical credibility, executive communication skills, and 8+ years of consulting experience. You will mentor colleagues, support growth, and help expand our data platform and AI initiatives across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients and shape complex transformation work.
• Lead Enterprise Solution Design and Implementation across cloud, mobility, data analytics and AI.
• Support projects across the firm with focus on modern data platforms and AI.
• Use AI strategically to enhance solutions while upholding ethical practices.
• Manage SDLC including estimation, sprint planning, requirements, architecture, development, testing, risk and delivery.
• Diagnose complex problems and implement creative technology solutions.
• Drive project profitability by leading sales processes and managing agreements.
• Support growth by building networks and recruiting talent.
• Mentor junior colleagues with career development and reviews.

You Can Expect To

As a member of our Technology Group, we’re looking for a principal‑level technology leader who can advise senior clients, shape complex transformation work, and connect strategy to execution. The ideal candidate brings broad technical credibility, strong executive communication, and experience translating ambiguous business challenges into pragmatic technology solutions. This person is comfortable operating across discovery, solution shaping, and delivery, and can bridge client goals, architecture choices, and business outcomes.

• Advance your career to become a Pariveda Vice President through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from executives, and regular opportunities for advancement
• Lead Enterprise Solution Design and Implementation – intersection of business and technology, with focus in: Cloud across platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), Mobility, Data Analytics & Insights (Machine Learning), and User‑Centered Design
• As a leader in our Technology group, you will support clients and projects across the firm, leaning heavily into work centered on modern data platforms and AI
• Utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions, incorporating AI tools to streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery while upholding and articulating responsible, ethical AI practices in collaboration with clients and stakeholder
• Manage project teams and oversee all aspects of the SDLC including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda’s capabilities to meet our clients’ needs
• Actively manage project profitability for both our firm and our clients by taking a leadership role in executing the sales process while understanding client and/or partner legal agreements affecting their teams' work
• Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employees
• Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi‑annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement
• Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office

We Look For

• 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions
• Working knowledge of Agile practices
• Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of custom development projects and complex client engagements
• Current or recent leadership of multiple internal and external teams
• Strong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions
• Recognized as a valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
• Ability to build consensus and achieve goals through influence
• Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience

• Transparent and Equitable Salary. The base salary range for this position is $195,900 - $224,800, annually. This range reflects base salary only. Pariveda also offers quarterly profit sharing based on company performance. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
