Job summary

Arrowstreet Capital is seeking a Technology Business Management & Analytics professional to partner with the COO for Technology and senior technology leaders. You will build executive dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to provide visibility into technology performance, spend, and organizational effectiveness.

You will collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, product, AI, security, and finance to drive cost transparency and strategic decision making, including cloud and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, CS, Analytics or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience supporting technology organizations.
• Experience in technology operational reporting and analytics.
• Experience designing executive dashboards and data visualization solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical and financial information to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO for Technology and Finance to coordinate inputs into the annual budget, forecast cycles and spend oversight.
• Develop cost management recommendations and connect financial plans to operational activity across Technology.
• Design, build, and maintain KPIs and executive dashboards for timely visibility into Technology performance.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, AI, Security, and Finance to improve operating discipline and transparency.
• Support technology investment decisions through financial analysis and business case development.
• Prepare and facilitate recurring Technology operating reviews with KPI reporting and risk updates.
