Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a technology specialist in our U.S. offices with a focus on electrical engineering and semiconductor technology.

You will draft patent applications, communicate with patent offices, and advise litigation teams. Strong English and Korean skills are preferred, with 2+ years of drafting/prosecution experience and a USPTO registration preferred. What You Will Do

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.

Who You Are

• You have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in Electrical Engineering, more specifically semiconductor technology.
• You have strong English and Korean language skills (preferred).
• You have 2+ years of patent drafting and/or prosecution experience.
• You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• You are registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office (preferred).

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000. The salary offered will depend upon individual qualifications and experience.
