Job summary

Intepros, on behalf of a leading global financial services institution in New York, seeks an experienced sourcing professional to join its Enterprise Sourcing team. You will lead technology and FinTech supplier negotiations, delivering measurable savings while shaping global sourcing strategies and supplier-management initiatives.

You will work with leadership to develop category strategies, manage contracts, and run market analyses.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sourcing negotiation experience, ideally in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Ivalua, Sirion, or similar procurement tools.
• Proven track record delivering tangible savings and presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations with technology and FinTech suppliers.

• Manage standard contracts (NDAs, SOWs, non-complex agreements, termination notices).

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading global financial services institution, is looking for an experienced sourcing professional to join its Enterprise Sourcing team. The team is responsible for the firm’s third-party sourcing, procurement, and supplier management. It aims to make sourcing simpler, provide clear visibility into risk, and deliver commercial value across the enterprise, using platforms such as Ivalua, Sirion, and KY3P along with growing use of automation and AI.

The Role

You’ll lead commercial negotiations with technology and FinTech suppliers and deliver measurable savings while securing the best services globally. Working with sourcing leadership, you’ll carry out category strategies through a preferred-supplier framework. Your work will directly shape how the business buys technology.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders and suppliers to build Technology/FinTech category management plans
• Lead and support both complex and non-complex contract negotiations
• Manage a portfolio of standard contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, non-complex agreements, and termination notices
• Represent senior negotiators in high-impact meetings with business and executive stakeholders
• Run supply market analyses and build RFPs/RFIs, pricing assessments, and total-cost-of-ownership models
• Use AI-powered analytics to find commercial value beyond cost savings, including innovation opportunities
• Review contract requirements, spot contracting issues, and recommend solutions
• Coach junior sourcing team members and review their work

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (master’s preferred)
• 7–10 years of sourcing negotiation experience, ideally in financial services
• A track record of delivering tangible savings through supplier negotiations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information for senior leaders
• Skill in building data-driven PowerPoint presentations for executives
• An analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to solving problems
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Ivalua, Sirion, or similar procurement and contract tools
