Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Technology Sourcing Contract Manager to govern end-to-end technology contracts across multi-region accounts. You will design governance frameworks, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Supply Chain, and Delivery teams to ensure service excellence and profitability.

You will oversee contract lifecycle activities, renewals, and change control while driving continuous improvement and financial transparency across complex deployments for enterprise

Qualifications

• Contract management in Technology Sourcing / Procurement / Supply Chain or related field.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-region or global contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of assigned technology sourcing contracts.
• Design and implement contract governance and reporting structures.
• Monitor SLA performance and operational metrics across accounts.
• Lead reviews, performance reporting, and governance forums.
• Oversee procurement and order-to-cash processes and integration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive profitability, cost efficiency, and financial transparency.
