Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Technology Sourcing Contract Manager to own end-to-end governance, performance, and delivery of complex technology sourcing contracts across enterprise accounts. This role drives service reviews, SLA adherence, and lifecycle management for multi-region engagements.

You will collaborate with Finance and Delivery teams to optimize profitability, cost efficiency, and contractual compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and governance rigor.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology sourcing contracts across multi-region or global accounts.
• Strong governance, lifecycle management and commercial oversight skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and complex issues cross-functionally.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for assigned technology sourcing contracts and governance frameworks.
• Lead service reviews, performance reporting, and governance forums.
• Monitor SLA performance and operational metrics across the contract lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, order-to-cash, delivery, and integration activities.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Supply Chain, and Delivery teams to drive performance and compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, optimize profitability and cost transparency.
