Batteries Plus LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant (Technology & Solutions) in Camp Hill, PA. This is a full-time, daytime role with 40 hours weekly and weekend availability. You will engage customers, recommend solutions, and learn specialty products across batteries, automotive, lighting, and more.

No prior battery experience is required; training will be provided. You will support merchandising, inventory, and daily operations, with opportunities to advance into leadership based on

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Full-time availability including weekday and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and uncover their needs
• Recommend products and services that provide the right solution
• Learn specialty products involving batteries, automotive, lighting, key programming, and device repair
• Coordinate repair and technical services with Technician team
• Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
• Support store merchandising, inventory, and daily operations
• Assist with opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities
• Contribute to team sales goals and overall store success
