Job summary

Batteries Plus LLC in Timonium, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant (Tech & Automotive Solutions) for a full-time 40-hour schedule with day shifts and weekend availability. No late nights required.

You will build expertise across batteries, automotive, key programming, lighting, and device repair, delivering consultative service and connecting business customers with our Commercial Sales team. No prior battery experience is required; we provide training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn new products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales: engage customers, assess needs, recommend products.
• Learn our batteries, automotive, key programming, lighting, device repair, and other technical categories.
• Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout and connect business customers with our Commercial Sales team.
• Support inventory, merchandising, daily store execution, and opening/closing keyholder responsibilities.
