Job description

Our Technology Solutions division

Our Technology Solutions division is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working with a variety of vendors in this fast-paced area of the channel. We’ve invested heavily into this team, which consists of industry-leading experts from diverse backgrounds, including public cloud and edge computing, with boundless capabilities.

What is the role?

You’ll work alongside our Product Manager and the wider Technology Solutions team, supporting the day-to-day operational activities of our HPE and Juniper business.

How will you do this?

Working proactively with the team, you will complete key administrative activities that enable Westcoast to optimize opportunities across HPE and Juniper.

You will maintain all the Technology Solutions product lines — from setting up new products and part-codes, updating price lists, managing product bundles, to ordering stock. Collaborating with other teams in Westcoast (Customer Services, Financial Claims, and Sales), you will provide support on queries, claims, orders, and general inquiries.

In this role, you’ll develop a strong understanding of Technology Solutions and the IT industry, with opportunities to develop your skills and potentially progress to a Product Manager position in the future.

  • Previous experience in an administration or sales support role
  • Ability to build good working relationships with internal departments, resellers, and vendors
  • Methodical approach and logical decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Adaptability to changing situations with confidence and professionalism
  • Teamwork and a flexible, collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload
  • Proficiency in Excel
