Responsibilities:

• Administering and managing Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability
• Configuring and customizing Atlassian tools to meet the needs of various teams, including workflows, permissions, and dashboards
• Developing and maintaining integrations between Atlassian products and other enterprise systems to enhance productivity and streamline processes
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Atlassian tools, addressing user issues, and implementing best practices for usage and maintenance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, and software engineering, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance project management and collaboration
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and best practices for the administration of Atlassian tools
• Conducting training sessions and creating user guides to empower team members with the knowledge to effectively utilize Atlassian tools
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices in Atlassian tool administration and identifying opportunities to improve our toolset and processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator or in a similar role
• Proficiency in English with experience in verbal communication within international teams
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket administration
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Groovy, PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and improve efficiency
• A self-starter mindset with analytical thinking and a curiosity to optimize and enhance tool usage
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented approach with a passion for improving productivity and collaboration tools

Nice to have:

• Experience with advanced Jira administration, including custom plugins and add-ons
• Demonstrable experience in integrating Atlassian tools with CI/CD pipelines and other development tools
• Experience with cloud-based deployments of Atlassian products (e.g., Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud)
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience supporting agile teams
