Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of electronics/low voltage experience required.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain shortly after start.
• NFPA70E training required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; may require company vehicle.
• Understand NEC and NFPA codes and apply them to work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and perform system upgrades for low voltage and CCTV, Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, Card Access, Paging, and structured cabling systems.
• Manage inventories of tech equipment and assist with software installations and updates.
• Maintain customer relationships through dependable and clear communication.
• Review job files and data to ensure efficient service, inspections and installations.
