Suburban Enterprises, located in Wisconsin, seeks a Technology Foreman to lead the installation and coordination of low voltage systems such as access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and structured cabling. You will supervise technicians, manage materials, and ensure code-compliant, high-quality work.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and team development to help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years experience with low voltage systems such as access control, CCTV, fire alarms, structured cabling.
• Ability to lead a small crew (2–5 technicians/electricians).
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain shortly after start date.
• NFPA70E training.
• Complete OSHA 30.
• ARC Flash Training.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical equipment and materials per project specifications, NEC, and local requirements; ensure workmanship quality.
• Handle customer contact with internal and external customers; respond promptly with a can-do attitude.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Complete projects within budget, on time, and in a safe manner.
• Promote zero accidents through training, risk prevention, and continuous improvement.
