Overview

Technology Services Senior Engineer — USA | Pax8 - Hybrid

As a senior member of Pax8’s internal Technology Services team, this role is dedicated to supporting the people of Pax8. The Technology Services Senior Engineer is responsible for the availability, security, scalability, and continuity of the internal systems our employees rely on daily. This role operates within a high-performing IT team and shares accountability for outcomes, technical excellence, and the employee experience across the business.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical leader designing and evolving enterprise identity and access governance frameworks
• Architect secure, automation-first solutions across identity platforms, SaaS tools, and business systems
• Build and maintain event-driven, API-based provisioning and lifecycle automation
• Lead complex incident resolution and serve as an escalation point for cross-system challenges
• Establish standards for reliability, security, monitoring, and automation resilience
• Partner with Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to translate strategy into working systems
• Create high-quality technical documentation supporting operational sustainability and audit readiness
• Mentor engineers, share best practices, and influence long-term technical direction

• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and influence
• Clear, confident communication across engineering and leadership audiences

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, location, and role alignment.
