Qualifications

Requires a master's degree in a related field. MBA or Master of Counseling preferred.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience in relevant industry sector(s), MBA corporate recruiting, career coaching, or related field
Prior experience in advising, coaching, mentoring, or supervising, especially in a business or other relevant environment

Responsibilities

Coach current students and recent graduates seeking internships and full-time positions, with a particular focus on Daytime MBAs pursuing roles in the assigned sector.
Partner with aligned professional student club(s) in one’s sector. Set and manage expectations of student groups despite having no formal supervisory responsibility.
Identify sector-relevant career resources, develop resources where ones do not exist, and work to make those resources available to our students.
As a member of the Daytime MBA career services team, serve on one or more work groups that envision, plan, and execute core support activities.
