Job summary

Procon seeks a Technology Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for enterprise technology implementations across multiple workstreams. The role coordinates with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep milestones on track and provide clear dashboards and projections.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project scheduling/controls, strong CPM knowledge, and experience with cloud/software deployment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, controls, or coordination for tech or enterprise projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for enterprise tech implementations.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across PMs, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor progress, critical path, milestones, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Prepare schedule updates, dashboards, forecasting reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support planning, testing, deployment, training, and production implementation activities.
• Assist with resource planning and workload forecasting across multiple projects.
• Support software configuration, system implementation, data migration, and integrations from scheduling perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with business and technical deliverables.
• Support cybersecurity compliance activities and project readiness milestones.
