Job summary

EY in Seattle seeks an Assurance - Technology Risk Manager to lead IT audit and attestation engagements for clients across sectors. You will apply ITGC, ERP, and data analytics to strengthen internal controls and inform business decisions.

You will manage diverse teams, deliver high-quality services, and develop client relationships while supporting business development. This is a full-time role with 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years IT auditing or IT risk advisory in a professional services firm or industry.
• Alternative: Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial capacity focused on financial audit IT.
• 3 years supervising IT audit components (IT general controls, ERP, applications).
• 3 years coordinating with financial audit teams on application controls and IT dependent manual controls.
• Willingness to obtain CPA/CA/CISA/CGEIT/CISSP/CISM/CIPT/CRISC/CMA or equivalent within 1 year of hire.
• Travel up to 50% with up to 15% international.
• Employer will accept suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform IT-related external and internal audit and attestation procedures.
• Apply IT-related, data analytics and internal control knowledge to engagements to strengthen internal control.
• Manage and motivate teams; maintain long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge; deliver quality client services.
• Cultivate business development opportunities.
