Job summary

Fidelity’s Enterprise Technology Risk team seeks a proactive risk professional to identify controls, conduct risk assessments, and support audits (SOC 1, SOC 2) and ITGC. You will partner with corporate audit and security teams, communicating risk clearly to regulators and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in risk/compliance roles, strong technical and cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in risk, compliance, information security, IT, controls or audit roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Technical capabilities across technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, access management and cloud.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor controls, support risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Assist internal and external audit activities (SOC 1, SOC 2) and ITGC.
• Support risk management, reporting, and advisory on risk programs.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulators, and communicate risk findings clearly.
