Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Principal Technology Risk Analyst to lead complex risk assessments across cloud and on-premises environments. You will partner with senior technology, risk, and audit leaders to influence remediation and strengthen controls. The role focuses on risk frameworks, testing methods, and data-driven risk insights.

You will guide teams, coach staff, and elevate risk management practices within Fidelity's Enterprise Technology Risk organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of technology risk, IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or audit experience.
• Experience leading complex control assessments and risk evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex technology risk and controls assessments supporting audits and enterprise risk objectives.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness across cloud, hybrid, and vendor environments.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence risk decisions and remediation of gaps.
• Apply advanced risk expertise to resolve challenging tech risk issues.
• Drive enhancements to testing, risk assessment, automation, and reporting.
