Job summary

Mastercard’s Launch Program in St. Louis is seeking a Technology Risk Analyst I to support regulatory execution, customer assurance, and internal controls across IT systems.

You’ll work on meeting regulatory standards, coordinating control testing, and gathering evidence for audits. You’ll join a team focused on balancing innovation with security, and you’ll develop broad business acumen through hands-on projects, cross-functional collaboration, and structured learning during the 18-month

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or accelerated Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Experience through coursework, internships, or academic projects involving governance, risk, compliance (GRC), audit, or regulatory processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate projects, assignments, or team-based initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply new tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• This role is not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory execution, customer assurance, and controls program.
• Assist with SOC 1 / SOC 2 attestation and ITGC validation.
• Coordinate evidence gathering for customer and regulatory requests.
• Contribute to automation and process optimization within the assurance program.
